About the job: 

As one of our PaaS (Platform as a Service) Enterprise Sales Representatives, you will be tasked with business development and sales execution for Rufus WorkHero technology. The successful candidate will be an instrumental part of growing revenue and customer base. 

Your focus (and primary performance indicators) are new customer acquisition, revenue, and growth of our WorkHero user base.

Skills You’ll Need:

  • Experience with presenting a business/solution to a person, or online, to leadership-level employees

  • Knowledge of as-a-service-based business models, data management solutions, and understanding of core technology

  • 1-2 years of sales experience to Medium-Sized and Fortune companies with a focus on new business prospecting, email marketing, and client maintenance

  • Energetic, resourceful, and hands-on individual with a strong service orientation

  • Detail focused with great organizational skills and exceptional written communication skills

  • Able to approach problems both logically and creatively

  • Sensitive to confidential information and matters

  • Understanding and exposure to supply chain concepts, sales and operations planning (S&OP), inventory, or physical flow management required

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization remotely

  • Self starter that’s willing to take ownership of every situation

  • 1+ years of logistics and supply chain experience is a big plus

  • Enterprise hardware and software experience is a plus

  • Experience with HubSpot, Apollo & LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus

  • Technical background a plus

  • Bachelors or advanced degree preferred

  • Sense of humor a must

What You’ll Do:

  • You’ll be in charge of building a book of business by engaging new prospects and staying up-to-date with customer needs

  • Work in a team environment, but be self-motivated

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs & relaying them to other internal teams to improve our offerings

  • Create target lists of potential buyers of Rufus scanners and warehousing technology

  • Identify the buyer of Rufus services using cold email and cold calling

  • Report to leadership on campaign KPIs including calls made, emails sent, open/reply rates, meetings, set/kept, qualified opportunities opened, and demos closed
